This class uses pompoms and is similar to what you would see during halftime performances at sporting events. Students will work on strength, stamina, flexibility, tumbling and dance/cheer team skills. This is a fun, energetic and upbeat class.
In this class students will learn strong dance movement, high energy routines, cheer motions, proper jump technique, basic stunting, body awareness, proper form and progressions in tumbling for executing skills: bridges, forward and backward rolls, straddle rolls, handstands, handstand bridge, cartwheels, round-off, backbend kick over, backbend walkover.
